Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non refundable for cancellations. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled. If you wish to reschedule you must contact me 24 hours in advance in order to use your deposit for the next appointment. If you wish to reschedule a second time another deposit is required in order to book. If you are a no call no show and want to schedule a new appointment you will have to pay the full amount of the service requested at time of booking.
